I had the pleasure of working with the West Agency in Warsaw, NC this week. They needed photographs of houses they have contracted for sale. A great way to increase the chance of selling your house is to hire a professional photographer to take your real estate photos. A good real estate photo will have straight vertical lines, accurate white balance, few distractions,
good exposure and correct composition. A quick cell phone capture of a house may not have any of those things and will certainly not catch the eye of a potential buyer.
