Real Estate Photography - North Carolina

I have been contracting with real estate companies to photograph properties all over eastern North Carolina. When I photograph real estate properties, one of the most important aspects is exposure. The building needs to be properly exposed as well as the sky. If you don't know what you are doing, you can lose details in the sky when exposing for the building. As a photographer, I like to take images all over North Carolina. I try as much as I can to always have a camera in my car. Haunted Hotel

This is the Buffalo Psychiatric Institute which housed patients for nearly 150 years. It's being turned into a 5 star hotel called Hotel Henry.They're leaving the other 5 bazillion square feet of the place unfinished so they can give tours. Letchworth Middle Falls

I took this photo of the middle falls at Letchworth Park in upstate New York last week. What is a North Carolina photographer doing in New York? Well, I grew up in Houghton, which is a small town about 25 minutes from the park. I lived there until I was about 9 years old. We often go back on vacation to visit. It gets so cold there in the summer that the leaves have already changed. Nah! I totally faked it in Photoshop! Had ya going didn't I?
